This is not another women-in-ag course.

Catalyst W is a managed intervention for founders who already have real activity in the market. We do not gather 40 businesses into the same classroom and hope the content fits. We identify the specific constraint, then move the business toward the partner, evidence and commitment it needs.

The problem we solve:

Women agribusiness owners are building real companies, but many are blocked by one practical gap: a buyer, a facility, a license, working capital, data, logistics or the right decision-maker.

The AgriPro Difference:

Catalyst W combines venture building, market infrastructure, policy access and partner matchmaking into one operating system built around your actual business.

Confident Female CEO
The unfair advantage

Most accelerators end with a pitch day.
We start with the deal in mind.

Every founder leaves diagnosis with a Founder Deal Mandate: the constraint to solve, the intervention lane, the target opportunity, the evidence required and the next partner move. Then AgriPro uses its market rails — data, logistics, offtake and policy access — to make introductions with intent.

Market data

Real numbers behind your pitch

Live pricing and demand data from the Ayeeko platform — so the figures you take to an investor are defensible, not guessed.

Logistics

Supply you can actually fulfil

Cold storage, aggregation and transport through SmartChain — so a new buyer order is one you can deliver on, at scale.

Offtake

A buyer intro that becomes an order

Premium pricing and real buyer connections via Green Markets — turning a market intro into a real first contract.

Policy access

A seat at the table that sets the rules

Direct lines to ministries through our Policy & Insights Lab — so your voice reaches the people who shape the market you operate in.

The goal is not attendance. The goal is business movement: a revenue opportunity, capacity improvement, compliance progress, investment readiness or a documented next step with a qualified partner.

40 Ventures. 4 Impact Tracks.

You apply through the track that best describes your business. Inside the accelerator, your work is routed into the intervention lane that can move your specific constraint fastest.

How it works

We don't teach you a curriculum.
We solve your specific problem.

Every founder enters with a different bottleneck. So we run a simple, repeatable engine on your business — diagnosing the real constraint, then making the exact connection that breaks it.

01

Diagnose

Weeks 1-3 produce a verified baseline and Founder Deal Mandate: one constraint, one lane, one measurable outcome.

02

Matchmake

Weeks 4-7 activate the right partner conversation, with a named decision-maker and a dated next action.

03

Prepare

Weeks 8-10 build the evidence pack: buyer brief, compliance file, data room, operating numbers or investment memo.

04

Close

Weeks 11-12 turn momentum into a commitment, due-diligence request, pilot, order, LOI or decision-grade pathway.

Constraint before content
One primary mandate per founder
Evidence over attendance
Mentors as operators
Introductions with intent
Summit as a deal room

12 Weeks of Action.

2 November 2026 – 7 February 2027, with a break from 21 December – 3 January. Then we take it to the Summit.

Weeks 1–3

Diagnose

Verify the baseline, approve the mandate and agree what success must look like.

Weeks 4–7

Matchmake

Move from need to partner conversation, with owners and next actions tracked.

Weeks 8–10

Prepare

Build the evidence pack needed for the buyer, investor, regulator or partner.

Weeks 11–12

Close

Classify the outcome and secure a commitment or decision-grade next step.
